Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs cancellation and refund procedures relating to web design, software development, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, integration, consultancy and other digital services provided by Real Web Tasarım through www.realwebtasarim.com.

Customers are encouraged to review the scope, price and contractual terms of the relevant service before completing a purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers qualifying as consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from conclusion of the service agreement, subject to exceptions provided under applicable consumer legislation.

Providing the transaction number, full name, telephone number and e-mail address will assist in processing the request efficiently.

3. Services Not Yet Started

Where no work has commenced in relation to the purchased service and the statutory withdrawal period remains applicable, cancellation and refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation.

Where a refund is due, the applicable amount will be refunded within the statutory period and, where possible, through the payment method originally used for the purchase.

4. Services Already Started

Where the service begins before expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period at the customer's express request and with their consent, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.

For web design, software development and other digital services, commencement of performance may include:

• commencement of project analysis,

• commencement of design work,

• commencement of software development,

• server, domain or infrastructure operations,

• preparation of custom integrations,

• preparation of customer-specific graphics or content,

• commencement of SEO or digital marketing activities,

• purchase of third-party licences or services for the customer.

Each cancellation and refund request will be evaluated individually according to the nature and completion status of the service.

5. Completed Services

Where a service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal or refund may cease to apply where the conditions provided under applicable legislation are satisfied.

Services commenced and completed at the express request of the customer may fall within this category.

6. Custom Work

Cancellation and refund requests relating to customer-specific work including:

• web design,

• custom software,

• graphic design,

• integrations,

• module development,

• custom content,

• API integrations,

• technical development

will be evaluated according to the nature and completion status of the work already performed.

Any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable legislation remain unaffected.

7. Third-Party Costs

Products or services purchased specifically for a customer, including:

• domain names,

• hosting,

• SSL certificates,

• software licences,

• themes,

• plugins,

• APIs,

• advertising budgets,

• third-party subscriptions and services

may be subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the relevant third-party providers.

Where such costs are non-refundable by the third-party provider, the relevant amount may also be excluded from any refund issued by Real Web Tasarım.

8. Failed Payments

Transactions reported as unsuccessful by PAYTR or the relevant bank are not considered completed payments.

Where no amount has been successfully collected, no refund is required.

Where the issuing bank places a temporary authorization hold on funds, the release of such authorization is subject to the processing times of the relevant bank.

9. Duplicate Payments

Where more than one payment is collected for the same order or service due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

10. Refund Method

Approved refunds will, where possible, be returned through the payment method originally used for the purchase.

The time required for debit or credit card refunds to appear on the customer's account may vary according to PAYTR, the issuing bank and card network processing times.

Real Web Tasarım has no control over banking processing times after a refund has been submitted to the relevant payment provider or bank.

11. Refund Period

Where a valid right of withdrawal has been exercised and the customer is legally entitled to a refund, the refund will be processed within the period prescribed under applicable legislation.
